摘要摘要当今，全球范围内人口、资源、环境关系紧张，资源环境制约日益成为人类经济发 展的瓶颈，保护环境和生态、实施绿色发展战略已呈蓬勃发展之势。在不断取得绿色发 展共识的同时，各国政府已经相继制定了一系列法律法规、标准和制度，并从生态安全 和人类生存的高度，将可持续发展列进了国家发展战略。目前我国人口已经突破 13 亿 大关，伴随而来的是各种社会问题的凸显，例如，环境污染严重、生态退化、贫富差距 过大等，资源与环境问题也成为制约我国经济社会发展的瓶颈。绿色投资作为一种新型 的投资模式，奉行环境保护、资源节约和公平正义的原则，同时结合循环经济的基本原 则和建设和谐社会的目标，达到经济效益、环境效益和社会效益的协调统一，最终实现 社会经济的可持续发展。本文从绿色投资的属性出发，阐述了绿色投资的相关概念、投资主体、投资效益及 我国目前的绿色投资现状。通过对我国历年的绿色投资水平与经济发展状况进行描述， 并选取了我国 1990—2010 年绿色投资水平与经济发展的相关数据进行单位根检验及协 整分析，得出了绿色投资及非绿色投资对经济发展的具体影响程度，发现我国绿色投资 对经济增长的影响远远小于非绿色投资对经济增长的影响，这主要是由于我国的循环经 济及清洁技术的发展相对于发达国家来说还比较落后，我国的绿色投资还有很大的发展 空间。最后在总结了理论与实证分析的结果并借鉴了国外发展绿色投资经验的基础上为 我国绿色投资今后的发展重点和发展方向提出了建议，并对如何更好地发展绿色投资提 出了政策建议。关键词绿色投资环境保护协整分析经济发展AbstractAbstractToday, the relationship between population,resources and environment have become tense in the worldwild.Resources and environment restriction has increasingly become the bottleneck of economic development.Protect the environment and ecology,implementing the green development strategy has been a vigorous trend.On the base of achieving the consensus of green development,governments have already formulated a series of laws and regulations, standard and system,and they will list them into the national development strategy of sustainable development rom the height of the ecological security and human survival.Now the population in our country has surpassed the 1.3 billion mark,and a variety of social problems happen at the same time,for example,environmental pollution,ecological degradation,the gap between the rich and the poor ibecomes larger.Resources and environment problem has become the bottleneck of restricting economic and social development.In this paper,we start from the properties of green investment,explains the relevant concepts of green investment,the main bodies of green investment,the benefits and current situation of the green investment in our country.Through describing the historical levels of green investment and economic development in our country, and analyze our country 1984-2
