摘要民办高校是直接推动民办高等教育事业发展的最基本的组织单位,当前人们对于民 办高校的教师人才培养质量颇有微词,如果民办高校还不重视人才培养质量的改进和提 高,就会陷入办学的困境,引发生存危机,更谈不上可持续发展了。本文将人力资源管 理的思想和理论系统引入了民办高校的人才培养中,丰富了现代人力资源管理的研究领 域,并分析概括了民办高校人才培养质量方面存在的普遍突出问题。在对策方面,对民 办高校人才培养方面的激励机制、绩效评价、人力资本投入等方面进行了对策研究,具 有一定的可操作性,在实践上有一定的创新之处。从具体内容上看,本文共分为五个部 分,第一部分绪论主要分析了文章的选题背景和意义等,第二部分分析了民办高校人才 培养的含义和特点,第三部分对我国民办高校在人才培养质量方面普遍存在的问题及原 因进行了分析,第四部分研究了国外的相关经验以及给我们的启示,第五部分则在前面 分析的基础上提出了自己的对策。关键词:民办高校;人才培养;教师;质量;措施ABSTRACTPrivate universities undertake talents training activities carrier, are directly promote private higher education career development of the most basic organization units. The current people for private universities and the quality of talents training is quite vocal, if private universities still not pay great attention to the talents training quality improvement, they would be in the running, triggering the plight of survival crisis, let alone the sustainable development. This article introduced human resource management thoughts and theory system into private university talents cultivation, enriched the modern human resources management research, and analysis private university talents training quality generally big problems. The countermeasures to private universities, the talents training in the performance evaluation and incentive mechanism, the human capital investment and other aspects of the countermeasures study, possesses operability, in practice there are certain innovative points. Look from specific content, this article is divided into five parts, the first part of the article mainly analyzes the introduction of selection background and meaning, the second part analyzes private university talents training meaning and characteristics, in the third part, our private universities in talents training quality common problems and the reasons are analyzed, for the fifth part, research the relevant foreign experience and give our actually, the fifth part is based on the analysis of in front forward countermeasures.KEY WORDS: Private un
