ABSTRACT
In 1993, a new class of error-correcting code named Turbo codes was proposed by C.Berrou in France, whose performances are close to the Shannon limit when the data block length is long enough. So turbo code is regarded as the milestone in channel encoding theory history, which makes us covert to decrease the numbers of light weight code (error coefficient) from increasing the minimum Hanming weigh.
This paper introduces the theory and technology of channel coding of development and research status of Turbo yards. Secondly introduces Turbo decoding compiled code, focus on the principle of Turbo code is studied, the system structure of encoder intertwined with the principle. Finally, based on Matlab simulation platform, the design parameters of Turbo decoding code performance simulation, including design parameters including intertwined type, interweave length, bitrate. According to the simulation result analysis concludes that interweaves length, the longer the better the performance of correction, The smaller the code rate, the better the performance of error. Anyhow, Turbo decoding, the code for business requirements, should be based on the transmission efficiency and transmission in both the quality, under the premise of appropriate choice its interweave, mixed type code-rate length and the design parameter.
