摘 要 国际贸易和国际直接投资是生产要素、商品国际流动的两种途径，也是企业国际化经营的两种方式。ABSTRACT The international trade and international investment are the two channels of the flowing of the factors of the product, the international commodity and the two forms of the enterprise’s international operation. With the development of the economic globalization, the relationship between the international trade and the investment are becoming closing. The level of the countries taking part in the international trade and the international investment is improving. China is insisting on the opening strategy, with the foreign direct investment scale and scope of the enterprise expanding unceasingly, the quantity of the overseas institutions is increasing. So the relationship between them is becoming the urgently thing to be solved. Especially in the face of the current financial crisis situations, what is the relationship of them, whether they have a long term or causality relationship, how we should do for them are all of key of this article. After stating the current situation of our country’s investment and international trade, the empirical analysis methods including the he long-term relationship, causal analysis and the Co-integration test are adopted for the relationship, we learned that not only between the export and the foreign direct investment exist a long-term relationship but also the imports and foreign direct investment exist a long-term relationship. Foreign direct investment is not the reason of export changes, but the export influences the foreign direct investment. And the causal relationship between the imports and the foreign direct investment does not exist. Finally, there are the analyses of the Chinas foreign direct investment and export under the international financial crisis situations, and finally puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
