频消融联合手术切除是治疗原发性肝癌安全而有效的新方法。关键词：原发性肝癌射频消融蛋白酶活化受体-1甲胎蛋白谷草转氨酶谷丙转氨酶谷氨酰基转移酶PAR-1inPrimaryLiverCancerafterRadioFrequencyAblationParacancerousTissuesandItsSignificanceAbstract:PrimarylivercancerisacommonmalignanttumorinChina,itsmortalityratewasthethirdofmalignanttumorsofthedigestivetract.Chinasannualnumberofabout110，000peoplediedofcancer,ifthere’renotanytreatment,thesurvivalrateof5yearswillbelessthan5%[1].Rossiandotherpeopleatfirsthavereporteditsinceearlyin1993.Itwasasuccessthatbyusingradiofrequencyablation(radiofrequencyablation,RFA)intreatmentof13casesofprimarylivercancer,sincethen,RFAwasrecognizedandappliedgraduallyintreatmentofprimaryhepaticcarcinoma.RFAhaswideindications,suchassmalltrauma,highsafety,postoperativepain,strongrepeatabilityandsoon,itwasnotonlykillthetumor,butalsocanimprovethebodysimmunestatus,enhancetheimmunityofthepatients,anditalsocanprovideamoresafetyandeffectivetreatmentmethodforpatientswhocan’tdooperationresectionwithhepatocellularcarcinoma.Therefore,RFAhasbeenoneoftheimportantmethodsforthecomprehensivetreatmentofprimarylivercancer.Proteaseactivatedreceptor(proteaseactivatedreceptors,PARs)isafamilyofthrombosisintheimportantGproteincoupledreceptorfamily,itistheprimaryreceptorforthrombin.PARshas4subtypes(PAR1-4),PAR1isthemainmemberofPARsfamily。ItwastheearliestdiscoveryofPARsmolecules,anditwasthemostfurtherstudied.PAR1playanimportantroleintheprocessofthethrombosis,inflammation,vasoactive,immunesystemfunction,andvascularproliferativedisorders.Thelatestresearchsuggests,PAR1intumorrelatedbiologyhasalsodemonstratedanimportantrole,PAR1isinvolvedincancerinvasionandmetastasisandothercomplexbiologicalbehaviorregulationandimportantsignalmolecule.Ithasbeenalsosuggested,PAR1isalsoexpressedintheformationofthetumormicroenvironment(TME)relatedcells,suchasmacrophages,mastcells,reactivestromalfibroblasts.Fibroblastsareabletodegradecollagenstromaprotein,promotingtumorcelladhesion,movementandproliferation.Inbenigntumors,metastasesornormalepithelialcellsaroundbutfoundnoin
