Methods:Thedataof306patientswhounderwentPCNLwasstudiedretrospectively.Complicationshadbeennotedin31patients withanincidenceof10113%.Results:Allpatientswerecuredbyconservativetreatmentexceptonthreepatients,therewasno mortality.Conclusion:Thisprocedurewasinpriorityinthetreatmentofrenalandupperureteralcalcali.Itgavelesstraumato localtissues,pain,shorthospitalizationandlesscomplication.
