柔道運動理論內涵之探討 摘 要 鄭麗霞 /台南科技大學 呂耀宗 /富春國小 柔道運動從「術 」轉變為 「道 」的過程中 ，更確立出柔道包含體育 、勝負、 修心的三方面教育的意義 因此也擴大了柔道的領域視野， ，柔道除了實際的身體 技術的鍛鍊外 ，精神層次也符合教育哲學所以唯有提昇柔道的精神層面素養， ， 才能培養出優秀的柔道家，而不是只有全心專注於比賽的競技勝負當中，如此對 柔道運動的推廣與發展才有所助益。 所以不論是柔道的指導者或是學習者 都必須確實的理解柔道所蘊含的教育， 意義內涵與相關理哲 ，如此才能在競技的舞台上與日常的生活中 ，學習到有意義 的真正柔道運動 ，也唯有如此才能邁向 『終身柔道』的學習新里程 。 關鍵詞 ：柔道運動、理論內涵 Discussion on the connotation of Judo theory Cheng Li –Hsia Tainan University of Technology Lu yaw -tzung Fu Chuen Primary School Abstract In the process of Judo turning from “Shu”(Skill) to “Dao”(Doctrine), the educational meaning of Judo in these three areas- sport, victory or defeat, and heart, are more firmly established. The vision and perspective of Judo also expand along the way. Besides the practical aspects of physical training, Judo also consists of rich educational philosophy. This is why only when the mental level of Judo is raised can a Judoist excels, and not concentrating on mere victory or defeat. Judo will receive assistance in popularization and development with concepts above in mind. Judo instructor or learner alike, he/she must accurately understand the educational meaning and relative philosophy of Judo in order to obtain the true meaning of Judo both on arena and in daily life.
