摘 要 在人们追求方便、安全、环保和卫生的现代社会,纸杯正成为现代社会一次性杯 子的主流。为满足日益增长的市场需求,纸杯成型机的研究、设计和改进工作也应与 时俱进。自动纸杯成型机通过自动送纸、冲底、封合、加热、翻底、滚花、卷边、卸杯等 连续工序生产出成品纸杯。本设计主要设计纸杯整体成型及其传动系统部分,该部分 主要包括纸杯的加热、滚花和卷边,以及成型纸杯的落料和卸杯等工序。纸杯成型机 本部分的动作主要通过典型连杆机构,链传动机构,带传动机构,凸轮机构,间歇机 构等机构来完成。本设计将依次进行纸杯成型机总体方案的确定,通过对纸杯成型机 生产工艺过程分析,来选择机构和总体布局,并在此基础上进行传动装置总体设计以 及传动零件的设计计算,主要对 V 带、链条、链轮、凸轮、偏心轮、主轴、弧面凸轮 分度间歇机构进行详细的设计计算。本设计对纸杯成型机原理作了较详细的介绍,并 确定其主要参数和结构。 该自动纸杯成型机结构合理,操作方便,功率较小,效率较高,性能稳定,能满 足目前生产要求。 关键词:机械;自动纸杯成型机;纸杯?
