AbstractWiththedevelopmentofScineceandTechnology,andmoreandmoreincreasingoftherequirement,clouddataisitsmainlycharacteristicinmodernscienceandengineering.Asweknown,ingeneral,thedataasmentionedabovearereduancyanddependence,acommonquestionistoconsidertheoryandmethodforspraserepresentationofinformationsoastodecreasecomplexityofspaceandtimeusedgreatly.Imageisatwo-dimensionaldatausedinformationtransporationandprocessingwithmostcommonlyusedandveryimprotatntly.Inthispaper,westudyimagerestorationincludingsuper-solution,removenoiseanddeblurring.CombinedbandeletinmultiscalinggeometryanalysisandsplittedBregamnoptimizationalgorithm,atypeofsuper-solutionmathematicalmodelisdeveloped.UsingBandeletachievessparserepresentationofimage,andefficiencysplittedBregmanalgorithmisusedtoacceleratethcomputationspeed.Numericalexamplesshowsthatthequalityofreconstructionimageissuperiorknownclassicalalgorithm.Non-LocalmodelviaFFTalgorithmforimagenoiseremovedanddeblurringisproposed.ByconsideringimprovedTotalvariationmodelofimage,woobtainoptimizationmethodforimagenoiseremovedanddeblurring.SinceFFTalgorithmisusedthecomputationalcomplexityisdecreasedgreatly.Experimenationsshownstheefficiencyoftheproposedmethods.Keywords:Imagerestoration;super-solution;imagenoisedremoved;deblurring;multiscalegeometryanalysis;Bregmanalgorithm;fastForuiertransform(FFT)目录第1章绪论.............................................................................................................11.1概述............................................................................................................11.2本文研究内容..............................................................................................5第2章预备知识.....................................................................................................63.4数值试验....................................................................................................20第4章基于非局部分裂与全变分技术的图像恢复算法.....................................224.1引言............................................
