II II Abstract Objective: 1.Investigation about expression level of pro-inflammation factor TNF-a and anti-inflammation factor in AOPP patient’s blood serum.2. To explore intervention action about Xue Bi Jing injection to inflammation factor in AOPP patient’s blood serum. Methods:1.case grouping:40 patients with severe AOPP were randomly divided into 2 groups: routine treatment group(20 example):to provide specially antidote .Xue Bi Jing treatment group(20 example):in background of routine treatment adding Xue Bi Jing, health examination persons were blank control group((20 example).2.Collection and disposal about blood sample: Leave behind 3ml whole blood after leaving to -70℃ icebox in the first,third,fifth,seventh day.3. Applying ELISA reagent box to mensurate expression level of TNF-a、IL-10 in blood serum in patients with AOPP.4. Curative effect: Reach to atropine time, variety of Acetylcholine esterase , whether or not appear bounce phenomenon and middle syndrome, number of days be in hospital, prognosis.5.Adopt SPSS16.0 software bag to statistics analysis about date disposal. Results：1. TNF-a、IL-10 variety in blood serum:treatment groups were no significantly difference （t=-0. 360,P＞0.05 ；t=-0.078,P＞0.05），more significantly than blank control group(P ＜0.01）in the first day in hospital. After 3 days of treatment, TNF-a、IL-10 in blood serum in patients with AOPP were decreased than before treatment，but Xue Bi Jing treatment group were decreased more significantly than those of routine treatment group（the third day t=2.260,P ＜0.05，t=2.478,P＜0.05；the fifth day t=2.478,P＜0.05，t=-2.496,P＜0.05；the seventh day t=-2.155,P ＜0.05，t=-3.087,P＜0.01）.2. Curative effect observation: AChE variety in blood serum: treatment groups were no significantly difference （t=1.158，P＞0.05），more significantly than blank control group(P＜0.01）in the first day in hospital.
