AbstractThispaperbasedonChinasinsuranceindustryinformatizationdevelopmentsituationanalysis,combiningdomesticandforeigninsuranceinformatizationdevelopmentandcaseanalysis,theguidanceandfoundthesunagriculturalmutualinsurancecompanyinthedevelopmentofinformatizationinthedeficienciesandproblemsin,andmadedetailedanalysis,combinedwiththecompanystrategicplanningandbusinessdevelopmentsituation,makethecompanysfutureinformationconstructiondevelopmentgoals,andultimatelymadethoroughinformationstrategydevelopmentandreformandimprovetheinformationconstructionmeasures.Theauthorthroughconsultingalargenumberofdomesticandforeignliteratureaboutinsuranceinformatizationconstruction,thecontrastoftheinformatizationconstructionofthedomesticandinternationalsuccessfulcases,foundthesunagriculturalmutualinsurancecompanysinformationconstructionprocesstherearealotofproblemstobesolved,forthis,theauthormadeasunshineagriculturalmutualinsurancecompanyinformatizationconstructionproblemsandcountermeasuresstudyproject.Thisthesisisdividedintofivechapters,thefirstchapterismainlyoninsuranceinformatizationconstructiontrendandresearchinsuranceinformationconstructionpurposeandmeaning,thesecondchapterintheoryontheeffectiveoftheinformatizationconstructionofmeaning,foranalysisofsunshinecompanyinformatizationconstructiontoprovidetheoreticalbasis.Thethirdchapterpresentsthesunagriculturalmutualinsurancecompanyinformatizationconstructionpresentsituation,theunioninformationconstructiontheory,pointsoutthemainproblemsofinformatizationconstruction,andmaketheeffectivecauseanalysis.Thefourthchapterthroughthedomesticandinternationalinsuranceindustryinformatizationconstructionsituationanalysisandcaseanalysis,forthedevelopmentofthecompanytoprovideusefulhelpandreference.Thefifthchapteraccordingtothesunshinecompanyontheinformatizationconstructionoftheproblemsandthesuccessfulexperienceoftypicalcasesathomeandabroad,accordingtotheactualdevelopmentsituation,makethecompanysfuturedevelopmenttargetandinformatizationconstructionofinform
