AbstractCloudcomputingtakesnewopportunitiesandchallengesfordataprocessing.Inthetimeofbigdata,traditionalRDMScannotmeettherequirementofhighavailabilityandreliability.NoSQLdistributeddatabasewithhighavailabilityandhighreliabilitycansa-tisfiestherequirementofbigdataapplications.However,thetradeoffofhighperformanceistosacrificesthedataprocessingabilityofSQL.Therefore,howtoenhancethedataprocessingabilityofNoSQLhasbecameimportantissues.ThedataprocessingabilityofNoSQLcanbeimprovedfrombothoff-lineandon-linesides.Onoff-lineprocessingside,thefeaturesofhighavailabilityandhighreliabilityofNoSQLarekeptandthebatchdataprocessingabilitycanbeenhancedbyintegratingNoSQLdatabasewiththeopensourceMapReduceframeworkHadoop.Hadoopjobcon-figurationmodule,datasplitmodule,datainputandoutputmodulearebuiltsothatHa-doopcantaketheadvantageofaccessingdatainlocaldatabasenodeandprocessingdatastoredinNoSQLdatabase.Onthesideofon-lineprocessing,firstly,weimplementedmulti-rowtransactionbasedonsingle-rowtransactioninNoSQL.Furthermore,atriggerlikelymechanismcallednotificationisimplementedviaaddingredundantcolumnsandregisteringhookfunctionsforsystemcalls.Accordingtothemulti-rowtransactionalgo-rithmandnotificationmechanism,userscanuseincrementaldataprocessingmechanismtomeettherequirementofon-linedataprocessing.A4,200,000recordsincludeddatasetisusedastestdataforalltests.ExperimentsshowsthattheMapReduce-baseddatainsertingapproachis300%fasterthanthetrandi-tionalmethod.Onthesideofdataprocessing,theperformanceofcount,sortandgroupis30%~50%higherthanPig.Keywords:NoSQLdatabase,Incrementalprocessing,Multi-rowtransaction目录摘要...............................................................................................................IAbstract..........................................................................................................II1绪论1.1问题提出.................................................................................................(1)1.2国内外研究现状.....................................................
