塑料注射机液压系统设计 摘要 塑料注射成型机是把各种热塑性塑料加工成各种中小型工业塑料制品的机械设备。现在,随着计算机等自动化设备在现代企业中的不断应用,塑料注射成型机也得到一定程度的发展。本文对塑料注射机的系统设计进行了阐述。 本文讨论了塑料注射成型机及其相关设备在国内外的发展情况,并根据现有设备情况,发展速度及经济状况等因素,对主要结构做了合理的选用。例如:锁模部分结构紧凑,占用空间小。我在设计中主要设计了注塑机注射部件的注射油缸的活塞杆的直径的设计、缸体和缸盖厚度的选择,以及用来连接缸体与缸盖的连接件拉杆的选择。油马达与油泵的选择以及驱动油泵所用电机功率的选择。做了液压系统图的设计,以及控制系统PLC的电器气控制方案,对于所使用的油管直径、材料也有一定的设计。 此设计主要是通过与同型的各项参数的类比而设计出来的。 通过以上工作,塑料注射成型机锁模部分在锁模速度,产品质量等理论上应有一定程度的提高,但需要在实践中不断的提高,但需要在实践中不断改进。 关键词: 塑料注射成型,锁模部件,锁模力,注射部件 Design of Injection Molding Machine of Plastics Hydraulically Powered Abstract Injection molding machine of plastics is a machine equipment which processes all kinds of thermoplastic plastic material into various medium small scaled industry plastics product.Nowadays,along with applicatins of computer technology ,and atutomation equipmens in modern enterprise,injection molding machine has maked a great developments.This text carries on research on the system design of injection molding machine. This text discuesses the injection molding machine of plastics and its related equipments in the domestic and international development circumstance.According to the factors,such as exsiting equipments circumstance,the development speed and economic condition ,I made a reseanable choice in the use of the main structure.For example:the structure of the clamping unit is assembled securely ,taking up small space.I mainly designed a body and urns of design,the piston diameter of the diameter that the machineof plastics injects the piston pole that the parts injects the oil urn covers the thickness in the design of choice ,and connect an urn of body with the conjuction piece that the urn cover pulls the pole of choice,The choice of the oil motor and the oil pump and drive the choice of the electrical engineering power that the oil pump use.I made the design of the system diagram of the presses of liquid and methods of controlling system of the electrical cont
