毕业设计论文（中文）摘要 高速钢因其优良的综合性能:红硬性、耐磨性且具有一定的韧性,被广泛用于制造各种工具及模具。而高速钢作为工、模具使用时的特殊性能,通常需要经过一定的热处理工艺后才能体现出来。为了提高高速钢工、模具的使用寿命。 本文主要从高速钢化学成分、组织、热加工工艺、热处理转变以及力学性能工艺等方面进行分析,并指出决定其各种性能的主要因素。 高速钢工模具的热加工工艺为锻造,热处理工艺过程主要包括锻造后的等温球化退火及精加工后的淬火与回火。 　　本文针对生产过程中所用的W18Cr4V 钢模具冲头使用寿命短、W18Cr4V 钢刨齿刀裂纹失效分析，从产生失效的原因,结合高速钢的成分特点、热处理机理,对该两种工模具的锻造工艺、热处理工艺加以改善研究,从而提高其使用寿命。 关键词：W18Cr4V 刨齿刀 模具冲头 毕业设计（论文）英文摘要 Title: Abstract： High-speed steel because of its excellent performance: redhardness, wear resistance and has a certain toughness, is widely used in the manufacture of tools and molds.
