关键词:印象管理,内隐态度,外显态度分类号:B844TheReaearchofrelationshipbetweenImpressionManagementandIndividualAttitudeChangeAbstractImpressionManagementisanimportantaspectofInterpersonalinteractions.Inrecentyears,ithasincreasinglyreceivedmuchattentioninpsychology,andhasbecameaveryimportantresearchvariable.Researchprovesthat,high-lowimpressionmanagersarecompletelydifferentinmanyfields.Thehighimpressionmanagershavebettersocialskillstoadjusttheirbehaviortoadaptdifferentsocialenvironmentproperly,andthelowimpressionmanagersarerelativelyunresponsivetosocialrequirements.Thelaboratoryscenecontains4elements—theexperimenter,thesubjects,theattitudeobject,andthepublicityorconfidentialityoftheexperimentalsituation.Therearetwomainmotivestoengageinimpressionmanagement—topleasetheaudienceandtoconstruct(create,maintain,andmodify)one?spublicselfcongruenttoone?sideal.Itissupposedthat,subjectschooseimpressionmanagementfunctionsaccordingtothesituation,andthereactionsaredifferentbetweenhigh-lowimpressionmanagersinthesamesituation.Basedontheconsiderationabove,thispaperwillinvestigatewhethertherearedifferencesbetweenhighandlowimpressionmanagers?explicitattitudestoacertainstrangeronthebasisof“ForcedCompliance”paradigmand“AnticipatedAttitudeChange”paradigm.ThenwewillinvestigatewhethertheirimplicitattitudehavethesamedifferentciesbyImplicitAssociationTest(IAT).Bythisway,wecanexaminetheauthenticityofthetwogroups?explicitattitude.Theresultsoftheexperimentsisasfollows:Thepublicity/confidentialityoftheexperimentalsituationandthepossibilityofcontactwiththeattitudeobjectaffectshighimpressionmanagers?explicitevaluation,buthavenosignificantimpactonthelowimpressionmanagers.Thehighimpressionmanagers?attitudearemorepositiveinthesignaturegroupthanintheanonymousgroup,butthelowimpressionmanagers?explicitattitudehavenosignificantdifferencesbetweenthetwoconditions.Thehighimpressionmanagers?implicitattitudedidn?tchangeastheirexplicitattitude.Thenthehighimpressionmangers?personalinformationexposurelevelsmadetheirexplicitattitudea
