企业应建立以客户为中心的营销策略(Enterprises should establish a customer centered marketing strategy)
Although the traditional marketing strategy will continue to play an important role in the transformation of marketing functions, marketers need to shift their attention to new marketing strategies and marketing capabilities. Enterprises must invest more time, through improving the efficiency of marketing department, adjusting the allocation of resources, development and application of more advanced marketing strategy to make marketing produce greater value.
The functions of the marketing department must be changed to match the advanced marketing strategy with the customer as the center. The following 10 marketing strategies can help companies provide the greatest value to customers, but also bring the greatest value to the enterprise itself.
Analysis: companies are realizing that more stable and lasting customer relationships are critical to long-term profitability. Most marketing departments are, at least conceptually, ready to promote customer centric mechanisms and provide value for the overall customer base and customer segment through a more strategic approach. An enterprise is so, a website even more so, is through the overall provision of enterprise consulting services to win and stabilize the business relationship. In order to make marketing more efficient, the functions of the marketing department must also be changed, from focusing on products and trading to paying attention to the customer group and customer relationship that is consistent with the enterprise goals and enterprise strategy. However, most marketing departments will face severe challenges in the transformation strategy.
