Theexpressionand significanceofGal-3andRunx2inMeningioma英文摘要AbstractObjective: ①BytestingtheexpressionofGalectin-3andRuntRelatedtranscriptionfactor-2（Runx2）inmeningiomatissueofdifferentlevelsandsubtypes,theauthortrytoprobeintotheirrelationwithmeningiomapathogenesis.②WiththeknowledgeofmechanismofactionofGal-3andRunx2inmeningioma,theauthortrytofurtheranalyzeanddiscussnewwaysofmeningiomatherapyanditsprognosticevaluation.Method: ①89casesofmeningiomaspecimensconfirmedbyoperationresectionandpathologyintheNeurosurgeryDepartmentoftheaffiliatedhospitalofLuZhouMedicalCollegefrom2009to2011werechoosed,allpatientsofwhichbeforesurgicaloperationhadn’tacceptanyradiotherapyorchemotherapyandhadnoneoplasticdiseasesinotherpartsofbody.Another25casesofnormalmeninxtissuewerechoosedascomparison,patientsofwhichwereallfromthosewhohadacceptedinternalandexternaldecompressionforheadtraumabefore. ②HavingHEstainingforallspecimens,immunohistochemicaltechniquewillbeadoptedwhennecessaryandthenclassifythemeningioma.③Immunohistochemicalstainingwillbeusedtotestthetargetindicatorinthemeningiomatissueandnormalmeninges,includingGal-3、Runx-2andRunx-3。④Withtheguidanceofteacherfromthepathologydepartment,theauthorandhispartnerhavemasteredrecognizingpathologicalsectionwiththemicroscope，thereforetheywillobserveandrecordtheexpressionsituationofthethreeindexesinthemeningiomatissueandnormalmeninx,inclucingeachindex’scolorofpositiveexpressionanditspositioninthetissue.Meanwhile,positiveindexeswillbeclassified(Detailedstandards canbeseeninthefollowingexperimentalresultsandjudgmentstandard).⑤Basedonthetheexperimentalresultsofdataonthethreeindexesclassifiedandhandledbyitslevelandsubtypes,therelationofdifferentindexwithmeningiomawillbeanalyzed.Result:①ThepositiveexpressionrateofGal-3inmeningiomaisverylow,whichismainlyweakpositiveornegativeexpression.whileitspositiverateinnormalmeninxtissuesignificantlyincreases,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant（x2=4.32，P＜0.05）.Wedon’tfindthepositivecorrelationbetweenthepositiv
