100例人工流产发生原因调查研究与分析 　　[摘要]目的 对我院2009年1～12月100例行人工流产的产妇对于人工流产发生的原因进行调查分析，并采取必要的对策，为降低人工流产的发生率提供进一步的指导依据。方法 选取我院2009年1～12月100例行人工流产的产妇作为调查研究对象，根据病历资料及调查问卷对其发生人工流产的原因进行调查分析，运用统计学方法对调查数据进行统计学分析。结果 100例人工流产患者中，以30～39岁行人工流产的比率较高，达51%；初中文化水平较多，达58例，占58%；流产1次的比率较高，达65例，占65%；生育1次的产妇行人工流产比率较高，达45例，占45%；已婚组行人工流产的原因主要以带环怀孕为主，占28.7%；其次为避孕药（具）应用失败，占26.6%；而6例未婚女性行人工流产的主要原因为未采取任何避孕措施，占83.3%，已婚和未婚组各种人工流产原因比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。结论 通过对导致人工流产原因的分析，为我们日后制定有针对性的避免人工流产的对策提供了有利的指导依据，进而更有利于进一步降低人工流产发生率。 　　[关键词] 人工流产；原因；调查分析 　　[中图分类号] R169.42 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）31-03-02 　　 　　The Research and Analysis on Causes of 100 Cases Maternal Abortion 　　LU Yan WANG Yangqun 　　Cixi City Kandun Hospital，Cixi 315303，China 　　 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the reasons of maternal abortion，and to take necessary measures to reduce the incidence of artificial abortion，and also to provide further guidance. Methods All 100 maternal abortion as a routine investigation object in our hospital from January to December in 2009 year，and to investigate and analysis abortion occurrence rates according to statistical methods. Results Among all 100 cases abortion patients，30-39 years old had higher rates of induced abortio（51%），more junior middle school education level had 58 cases（58%）， the ratio of abortion once had 65 cases （65%），and maternal once birth induced abortion rate had 45 cases（45%）. Married group were mainly due to abortion with a ring of pregnancy （28.7%）； Followed contraceptives（a）the application failed（26.6%）； and 6 cases unmarried women，the main reason for the induced abortion did not take any contraceptive measures（83.3%）.The abortion causes of married group was statistically difference the unmarried group（P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. Conclusion The analysis of the causes leading to abortion is benifical for our future development of targeted countermeasures to avoid the abortion provided a favorable basis for guidance，and thus more conducive to further reduce the incidence of a
