B超检查诊断孕期胎儿畸形应用价值 　　 【摘要】 目的：探究孕期B超检测诊断胎儿畸形的临床应用价值。方法：本院2009年1月-2011年12月收治1586例孕期妇女，均行B超检测，总结B超检查胎儿畸形的检出率，并在生产后与结果进行对比。结果：通过对不同孕期的胎儿进行B超检查发现，共计42例胎儿畸形病例，其中12~14周后检查发现7例，18~24周后检测发现16例，28周后检测发现15例，37周后及产前1周检测发现4例。术后发现漏诊病例3例。结论：采用B超检查孕期妇女体内的胎儿是否健康是最直接有效的方式，具有重要的临床诊断价值。 　　 【关键词】 B超检查； 孕期妇女； 胎儿畸形； 检出率 　　 　　 B-ultrasonic Examination in Diagnosis of Fetal Abnormalities During Pregnancy Application Value/YANG Yan-jiang，ZHU Xiao-Yun，PENG Shao-lin，et al.// Medical Innovation of China，2012，9(13)：090-091 　　 【Abstract】 Objective： To research of B ultrasound diagnosis of fetal malformation during pregnancy detection clinical application.Methods：From 2009January -2011December treated 1586 cases of pregnant women， underwent B-mode ultrasonography detection of B- ultrasound examination of fetal malformations， summarized the detection rate and the production and the results were compared and the results recorded.
