中专女生童年期目睹校园暴力经历及其与心理问题关联 　　【摘要】 目的 了解中专女生童年期目睹校园暴力的发生情况,探讨童年期目睹校园暴力经历与青少年心理问题的关联。方法 采用自填式问卷,对北京、河北、辽宁5所中专二年级709名女生进行不记名调查。结果 在被调查的709名女生中,有56.1%在16岁前曾目睹过校园内打架斗殴暴力事件。与童年期无目睹校园暴力经历的学生相比,有目睹校园暴力经历的女生出现躯体化症状、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性症状等的频率明显偏高,童年期目睹校园暴力经历与女生心理问题明显相关。结论 中专女生童年期目睹校园暴力现象比较常见。应提高公众对目睹校园暴力问题的认识,在学校开展预防暴力规划,为受害儿童提供心理健康服务。 　　【关键词】 暴力;精神卫生;因素分析,统计学;学生;女(雌)性 　　【中图分类号】 R 179 R 395.6 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1000-9817(2009)08-0721-03 　　 　　Childhood Witnessing School Violence and Its Association with Mental Health Problem Among Technical School Girls/CHEN Da-guang*, CHEN Jing-qi. * School of Adult Education, Liaoning Technical University, Fuxin(123000), Liaoning Province, China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To ascertain the prevalence of childhood witnessing school violence and to explore its association with the mental health problem in female students. MethodsBy using self-administered questionnaire, 709 female students from 5 technical secondary schools in Beijing, Hebei and Liaoning provinces were surveyed.ResultsOverall, 56.1% of students had witnessed physical fighting in school before age of 16. The students with childhood witnessing school violence showed significantly higher scores of psychological symptoms of somatization, obsessiveness, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility,phobic anxiety, paranoid ideation and psychoticism, compared with their peers who had no such experience. Conclusion The problem of children witnessing school violence is common, and the problem has a significant correlation with youth mental health problems. The results highlight the urgent needs of increase public awareness on children witnessing school violence, develop school violence prevention program, to provide mental health services for the victimizations. 　　【Key words】 Violence;Mental health;Factor analysis,statistical;Students;Female 　　 　　儿童虐待是一个全球性的问题,它对受害者一生的身心健康、幸福安宁和发展乃至全社会都有深远的影响[1]。目睹暴力属精神虐待范围。国外一些研究显示,目睹暴力可对儿童产生近期或远期不同程度的行为、认知、情感和身体功能障碍[2-6]。为了解现
