卡孕栓与缩宫素防治产后出血临床研究 　　[摘要]目的：观察阴道分娩时缩宫素与卡孕栓（卡前列甲酯栓）预防产后出血的效果。方法：将2006年8月~2010年11月于我院分娩的产妇202例分为观察组（n=102）和对照组（n=100）。两组产妇均在胎儿分娩后立即给予缩宫素治疗，观察组在此基础上加用卡孕栓1粒（1 mg）置入直肠内。比较两组产妇第三产程时间、产后2 h、产后24 h出血总量及产后出血的发生率。结果：观察组第三产程时间为（5.70±2.80）min，产后2 h出血量为（149.5±30.0）ml，产后24 h出血量为（210.8±57.6）ml；对照组第三产程时间为（9.98±3.50）min，产后2 h出血量为（180.7±41.2）ml，产后24 h出血量为（337.0±78.7）ml，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（t=2.596、4.832、7.489，均P＜0.05）。观察组产后出血发生率为1.96%（2/102），对照组产后出血发生率为8.00%（8/100），两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.393，P 　　[关键词] 卡孕栓;阴道分娩;缩宫素;产后出血 　　[中图分类号] R714.461 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）11（b）-060-03 　　 　　Clinical observation of Carboprost combined with Oxytocin in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage 　　YANG Zhengai 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Peoples Hospital of Lintao County, Gansu Province, Lintao 730500, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To observe the efficacy of Oxytocin and Carboprost (Carboprost Methylate Suppositories) in prevention postpartum hemorrhage of vaginal delivery. Oxytocin was given to both groups for treatment after fetal childbirth immediately, and on the basis of it, a piece of Carboprost (1 mg) was given into rectum in observation group. The third stage of labor time, 2 h postpartum hemorrhage volume, 24 h postpartum hemorrhage volume and incidence of postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups. Results: The third stage of labor time was (5.70±2.80) min, 2 h postpartum hemorrhage volume was (149.5±30.0) ml, 24 h postpartum hemorrhage volume was (210.8±57.6) ml in observation group, and the third stage of labor time was (9.98±3.50) min, 2 h postpartum hemorrhage volume was (180.7±41.2) ml, 24 h postpartum hemorrhage volume was (37.0±78.7) ml in control group, two groups of comparisons, the differences were statistically significant (t=2.596, 4.832, 7.489, P0.05），具有可比性。
