哌喹合成新工艺探讨 　　【中图分类号】R392 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672－3783(2011)11－0356－01 　　 　　【摘要】目的 探讨抗疟药哌喹（Piperaquine）合成新工艺。方法 采用不同的溶剂、反应条件、反应步骤合成哌喹（C29H32Cl2N6），建立哌喹新合成工艺。结果 为改进哌喹合成工艺提供了新的有效途径。结论 通过一系列的优化实验，新工艺是合成PQP较理想的工艺路线。特点是：成本低，环保性能好，稳定性好,操作简单，总收率高，工艺对设备的要求低，适合于工业化生产。 　　【关键词】哌喹；抗疟药；合成；新工艺 　　An approach of new process for the synthesis of piperaquine 　　【Abstract】Objective To study a new process for the synthesis of antimalaria drug piperaquine. Method The new method for the synthesis of piperaquine（C29H32Cl2N6） is carried out by using vary kinds of solvent,reaction conditions and steps. Result A new an
