学龄前儿童行为问题与家庭功能相关性分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨学龄前儿童行为问题的特点及其与家庭功能的关系，为学 龄前儿童行为问题的家庭干预措施提供依据。方法 选用家庭功能评定量表 (FAD)、Conners儿童行为问卷和自设问卷对148例学龄前儿童进行调查。结果 学龄前儿童行为问题总检出率为18.24 ，其家庭功能除问题解决功能较好以外，家庭沟通、角色、情感反应、情感介入、行为控制 和家庭总功能方面均存在一定问题；除问题解决功能外，家庭其余各方面功能与行为问题呈 现低度正相关，其中行为控制和家庭总功能对行为问题的影响较大。结论学龄前儿童存在较多的行为问题，并与其家庭功能状况有关，家长应积极致力于家庭功能的 完善，为学龄前儿童创造一个良好的家庭环境。 　　【关键词】 学龄前儿童；行为问题；家庭功能 　　An Investigation of the Relation between Behavior Problems and Family Function o f Preschool Children. Methods Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire, Family Assess ment Device and Relate d Factors Checklist designed by the investigator were completed by the children s parents. Results The rate of behavior problems of children is18.24%; familyfunctions of preschool children were not well enough; Some aspects of family fun ction are related to behavior problems, especially behavior control function andtotal function. Conclusion The results suggested that parentsshould pay attention to the family function, and provide good family environmentfor preschool children. 　　【Key words】 Preschool children; Behavior problem; Family function 　　 　　随着社会的发展、生活节奏的加快，儿童青少年的心理卫生问题日益突出，逐渐引起社 会的广泛关注。儿童良好的行为模式及心理发育的成熟需要一个稳定和有安全感的环境[1]，而家庭是学龄前儿童生活的主要场所，家庭功能的正常运行为家庭成员生理、心 理、社会性等方面的健康发展提供一定的环境条件。心理学???究发现，家庭成员的行为特点 ，甚至一些不良行为习惯或心理问题，是为适应家庭而自然形成并保持的。因此，解决个体 的心理行为问题，有时必须对其家庭加以干预和调整[2]。目前国内应用家庭功能 评定量表来评估学 龄前儿童家庭的各方面功能水平，并研究学龄前儿童的家庭功能与其行为问题的关系的研究 尚少见。本文通过对学龄前儿童的行为问题与家庭功能进行调查，为制定学龄前儿童行为问 题的家庭干预措施提供依据，以全面提高学龄前儿童的健康水平。 　　 　　1 对象与方法 　　 　　1.1 研究对象 调查对象为北京市2所幼儿园的学龄前儿童148例，其中男80例，女68例； 年龄3岁～5岁11个月，平均4.15±0.82岁。独生子女者142例，占95.95%。儿童母亲平均年 龄为33.70±3.18岁，父亲平均年龄为36.17±4.04岁，父母受教育程度以大专及以上学历为 主（103例母亲，110例父亲）。
