对社区居民院前急救知识培训现状调查与对策研究 　　【摘要】 目的 对社区居民进行院前急救知识培训,提高社区居民的参与意识和技能。方法 采用随机抽样的方法进行居民的问卷调查,利用多媒体授课和宣传资料及急救操作培训急救理论知识与急救技能,培训前后对居民进行考核。结果 培训前该社区居民对院前急救理论知识掌握的合格率仅为25.32%,而培训后合格率达到93.43%;培训前对院前急救技能掌握的合格率仅为18.0%,而培训后合格率达到90.73%。结论 培训以社区为基础,深入到不同的人群进行院前急救知识培训,将宣传与培训指导相结合,以提高社区居民的现场急救意识和急救能力。 　　【关键词】 社区居民;院前急救;培训 　　 　　Investigation and study on the first aid knowledge training in community 　　【Abstract】 Objective To raise the public sense and participation in the first aid as well as the skills and professional technique through the first aid knowledge training in community.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out among the community.The emergency care knowledge and emergency treatment can be conducted by means of multimedia teaching,publicity material spreading and first aids drilling and related realia of dummy.Results The eligible rate of awareness and knowledge about first aid in the community was 25.32% pre-training and 93.43% post-training.The rate about first aid skills and professional technique was 18.0% pre-training and 90.73% post-training.The improvement was significant.Conclusion Training should be based on the community and then penetrate into different publics through the combination of the publicity material spreading and first aids training,it canimprove the public sense and participation as well as the skills and professional technique in the first aid. 　　【Key words】 Community; First aid; Training 　　 　　使患者在最短时间内获得救助,缩短救助时间是院前现场急救提高抢救成功率、降低致残率的关键。院前抢救成功的核心问题是呼救响应间期、呼救反应间期和开始现场抢救时间[1],急救人员的质量和数量是保证院前急救正确及时有效实施的重要因素。由于院前急救中,现场第一目击者多为社区居民,因此对这些非专业人员进行急救知识和技能的普及在倡导全民参与的院前急救中显得尤其关键。我院于2006年6月到2009年12月对本区管辖的社区进行综合评估,并进行了有计划、有针对性的培训计划。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 研究对象 2006年6月到2009年12月我院采用随机-整群抽样的方法对本区管辖的社区分别进行了两次不同人群的公众急救意识和知识的调查。同时在此期间完成居民急救知识培训5426人次,并对其中的928人进行培训前后的考核。 　　1.2 调查方法 按调查内容统一设计自填式调查问卷表格。调查内容包括:性别、年龄、文化程度、是否知道“120”医疗急救电话、是否愿意呼叫救护车、是否学过急救知识、是否会心肺复苏术、是否会创伤急救、是否愿意学习基础生命支持技能等。两次分别发放调查问卷4315份和4176份,回收有效问卷分别为4038份和3997份,总有效回收率为94.6%。 　　1.3 培训对象 从接受调查的社
