Result：After stimulation of different concentration of isopsoralen, The cells proliferation were apparently promoted（P 　　实验细胞： MC3T3-E1、293T细胞购自协和医科大学细胞中心。 　　1.2 主要试剂与药品 　　异补骨脂素 中国生物药品检定所。DMEM培养基购自中国医学科学院细胞中心，胎牛血清购自Hyclone公司，硫酸链霉素、青霉素（Hyclone 公司）。MTT购自Sigma公司，DMSO，0.25%胰蛋白酶溶液，天狼星红染液购自Electronic Microscopy Sciences,一抗TGF-βI、TGF-βII（sc-398，sc-400??及二抗购自Santa公司，转染试剂LipofectAMINETM 2000；双荧光素酶报告基因（购自Invitrogen公司）。 　　2 实验方法 　　2.1 MTT法检测正常对照组及不同浓度异补骨脂素组MC3T3-E1细胞增殖情况 　　采用MTT法，以1×10【sup】4【/sup】/孔将细胞接种于96孔板中，待细胞贴壁后，应用无血清培养液培养24h，分别加入经含无水乙醇培养液配制的不同浓度异补骨脂素溶液（10【sup】2【/sup】、10【sup】1【/sup】、10【sup】0【/sup】、10【sup】-1【/sup】、10【sup】-2【/sup】、10【sup】-3【/sup】、10【sup
