氟烷面罩吸入在小儿眼部手术中应用研究 　　【摘要】目的 总结氟烷吸入在小儿眼部手术中的麻醉效果和安全性。方法 收集2007年5月至2011年5月期间在我院用氟烷进行全身麻醉行眼部手术的145例患儿（男84例，女,61例，年龄3～8岁，美国麻醉医师协会分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级）的临床资料并进行回顾性分析。结果 氟烷吸入全身麻醉用于小儿眼部手术效果好且安全，但在麻醉诱导时应加强对患儿的监测，以防止因肢体、躯体急扭出现的意外伤害。 　　【关键词】氟烷 小儿 眼部手术 不良反应 　　中图分类号：R726.1文献标识码：B文章编号：1005-0515（2011）12-099-02 　　【Abstract】Objective halothane inhalation anesthesia in pediatric eye surgery, the efficacy and safety.
