泰山散瘀膏抗炎镇痛作用实验研究 　　 【摘要】 目的：研究泰山散瘀膏的抗炎镇痛作用。方法：取小鼠32只，随机分为致炎液实验组及致炎液对照组、冰醋酸实验组及冰醋酸对照组，每组8只，利用致炎液建小鼠耳廓肿胀模型，观察泰山散瘀膏的抗炎作用；采用小鼠醋酸扭体法研究泰山散瘀膏的镇痛作用。结果：泰山散瘀膏能显著降低小鼠耳廓肿胀程度，显著抑制冰醋酸所知疼痛后的扭体次数。结论：泰山散瘀膏具有明显的抗炎阵痛作用。 　　 【关键词】 泰山散瘀膏； 抗炎； 镇痛； 实验研究； 小鼠 　　 　　 Taishan Sanyu Ointment Experimental Study on Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effect/ZHAI Xian-bin.//Medical Innovation of China，2012，9(13)：022-023 　　 【Abstract】 Objective：To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Taishan san yu ointment.Methods：32 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. Empirical groups contained inflammation-inducing liquid group and glacial acetic acid group. In control groups， inflammation-inducing liquid group and glacial acetic acid group were also included. There were 8 mice in each group. The model of mouse auricle swelling was made up by inflammation-inducing liquid and used to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Taishan san yu ointment. The method of acetic acid writhing used on the mice was adopted to research the analgesic effect of Taishan san yu ointment.Results：Taishan san yu ointment can markedly lower the degree of mouse auricle swelling and also can remarkably reduce writhing frequency which is induced by glacial acetic acid.Conclusion：Taishan san yu ointment has significant effect in anti-inflammation and analgesia. 　　 【Key words】 Taishan san yu ointment； Anti-inflammation； Analgesia； Experimental study； Mouse 　　 First-author’s address：The Tai’an Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Tai’an 271000，China 　　 doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2012.13.009 　　 　　 泰山散瘀膏是由泰安市中医院制剂科制成的纯中药膏剂，用于治疗急性软组织损伤的经验方，具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛之功效。本实验通过耳廓肿胀及冰醋酸止痛扭体实验对泰山散瘀膏进行抗炎和阵痛作用的药效实验研究，为泰山散瘀膏的临床应用提供依据，笔者进行了本次实验，现总结汇报如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 实验动物 成年SPF级小鼠32只，体重(25±5)g，雌雄不限，购自山东省泰邦生物制品有限公司。 　　1.2 实验仪器 MIUI-Q超纯水系统，购自法国MilliPore公司；JGL-16G型离心机，购自上海安亭科学仪器厂；AX-205电子天平，购自瑞士METTER TOLEDO公司。 　　1.3 药物与试剂 泰山散瘀膏的基本组方为大黄、木香、牛膝、玄参、羌活、当归、赤芍、三棱、莪术、元胡、南星、紫草、桃仁、枳实、青皮、花椒、降香、松节、透骨草、伸筋草、荆芥、薄荷、地丁、制川乌、苏木、水蛭、乌梢蛇、制草乌、
