将as was detailed盖住后,可以看成是修饰后面的定语从句,所以详细是用来解释此活动的, campaigns objective(s)表面意思是现实的目标,用更好的词语来表示则是”实旨.
2: the message the campaign must communicate, and the tone in which it must be communicated; 一开始是翻译成运动必须要传达信息,之后认为传达信息就是指互相交流,根据后面的句子可知是通过媒体把它传达出来的.

budgets是”为什么做预算,自然就是修饰后面的广告的准备和媒体活动.后面一句也是同样的翻译方法.
