Most companies have a factory producing all kinds of modular components, which are then sent for on-site installation on multi-storey buildings, this is called modular construction. Prefabricated houses can be temporary building site office/accommodation or a one/two- storey assembled cottage, small apartments or can be containerized one/two-storey houses.
