血清γ―谷氨酰转肽酶与糖尿病肾病的相关性分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶（GGT）与糖尿病肾病的关系。方法：选取2型糖尿病患者345例作为研究对象，根据24 h尿微量白蛋白水平（UMA）分为无糖尿病肾病组（N组）、早期糖尿病肾病组（EDN组）及临床糖尿病肾病组（CDN组）；收集所有患者一般临床资料及生化指标，比较三组临床及生化指标的差异，分析糖尿病肾病的危险因素。结果：（1）EDN、CDN组血清GGT水平明显高于N组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；（2）Pearson相关分析显示：UMA与病程、收缩压、舒张压、BMI、GGT、血尿酸、血肌酐、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、C反应蛋白、血浆纤维蛋白原均呈正相关（P0.01或P0.05）；（3）二元Logistic回归分析显示：血清GGT、收缩压、TC、Scr是糖尿病肾病的独立危险因素（P0.05）。结论：血清GGT可作为早期预测糖尿病肾病的重要指标。 　　【关键词】 血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶； 2型糖尿病； 糖尿病肾病 　　Correlation Analysis of Serum Gamma-glutamyl Transpeptidase and Diabetic Nephropathy/MAO Cui-xiu，LI Ming-zhen，SUN Li-rong.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（08）：008-011 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the association of serum gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase（GGT） with diabetic nephropathy.Method：345 cases of type 2 diabetic were selected as the research objects.They were divided into non-diabetic nephropathy group（group N），early diabetic nephropathy group（group EDN） and clinical diabetic nephropathy group（group CDN） according to their 24 hours urine microalbumin levels（UMA）.The clinical and biochemical data of the three groups were compared.The risk factors of diabetic nephropathy were analyzed.Result：（1）The level of serum GGT in group EDN and group CDN were higher than that in group N，the differences were significantly significant（P0.05）.（2）Pearson correlation analysis showed that UMA had positive correlations with course of disease，SBP，DBP，BMI，GGT，SUA，Scr，TG，TC，LDL，SCRP and FIB（P0.01 or P0.05）.（3）The binary logistic regression indicated that GGT、SBP、TC、Scr were the independent risk factors of diabetic nephropathy（P0.05）.Conclusion：Serum GGT can be used as an important predictive index of diabetic nephropathy. 　　【Key words】 Serum gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase； Type 2 diabetes mellitus； Diabetic nephropathy 　　First-author’s address：Tianjin Medical University，Tianjin 300070，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.08.003 　　糖尿病肾病（Diabetic nephropathy，DN）是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症之一，也是导致糖尿病患者死亡的重要原因
