万方数据 万方数据 摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 土楼世界文化遗产的研究得到了越来越多的关注，这种生活在同一个巨构建 筑内却同居异财的聚居模式具有极高的建筑学价值。然而近年来从土楼外迁至 新建居住区的人数不断增加，土楼居民的减少导致许多土楼因无人居住而被荒 废毁坏。对福建土楼建筑的全面保护与更新迫在眉睫，同时对世界文化遗产地 这个建筑文化大环境的保护也刻不容缓。对福建土楼居住生活方式的调查与研 究不仅有助于我们解决福建土楼的保护与更新问题，而且有助于我们总结出一 套与传统土楼聚落环境相协调的地域性住宅建筑设计方法。 由于福建土楼数量巨大而且种类繁多，笔者首先选取更符合当代居住理念的 闽南通廊式土楼作为研究类型；其次通过对现存闽南通廊式土楼进行广泛的田 野调查，遴选出其中保存得较为完整，居住人数较多，较具建筑学意义的典型 案例；田螺坑村土楼群作为世界文化遗产并且是福建土楼中进行旅游保护开发 较早且较成功的案例之一，这使得它极具代表性，故在本文中仅选取田螺坑村 土楼群这一案例做研究。 笔者依据建筑计划学的研究方法，首先进行基础资料调查，即对研究案例进 行建筑测绘，并绘制建筑各层平面图、立面图、剖面图、标准居住单元详图等； 其次进行公共空间调查，即对田螺坑各个关键时期的公共空间特征，并绘制公 共空间实际使用状态调查图；再次是对公共空间的变迁分析，将其分成四个阶 段：公共空间发展初期、公共空间缓慢发展时期、公共空间成熟时期及公共空 间整改时期。 对村落外部公共空间及土楼内部公共空间进行比较分析，同时分析商业功能 空间体系在既有空间布局中的组织方式以及对居住者正常居住生活的影响；最 后提出改进建议缓解土楼保护与旅游发展之间的矛盾。 通过对田螺坑公共空间的综合分析以求全面了解形成这一变迁的诱因。寻找 一条既适应现代居住生活方式又符合地域传统文化内涵的闽南通廊式土楼再生 I 华侨大学硕士学位论文 华侨大学硕士学位论文 之路，为福建土楼提供可供参照的理论保护依据。 关 键 词 ： 通 廊 式 土楼 田 螺 坑 土 楼 群 公 共 空 间 土 楼 旅 游 II Abstract Abstract ABSTRACT Fujian tulou as a world cultural heritage by research scholars from all walks of life more and more attention, this giant giant structure family live in the same building but cohabitations wealth inhabit mode has a very high value of architecture.However in recent years from the tulou moving out to the growing Numbers of new residential area, the tulou residents to a reduction in many of the tulou for uninhabited waste destruction.
