基于云和声搜索算法的知识即服务组合优化研究摘要随着并 行计 算、 分布式 计算 以及 虚拟化 技 术的不 断进 步， 云计算 作为 一种 基于互联网的新型 商业计算模 式逐步发展 起来，并受到企业 界和学术界 的广泛 关注。云计算环境 下的知识即 服务是知识 与服务的融合，为 知识管理、 知识创 新提供了新的发展 方向。面对 知识信息的 不断膨胀以及 处理 任务的复杂 多变 ， 用户对知识即服务 的需求不断 趋于多样化 和复杂化，功能相 对单一的知 识服务 已无法满足应用需 求。因而， 将多个知识 服务组合 为一个功 能强大的、 高效的 服务来完成工作任务 已成为必然趋 势。云计算 的发 展为 智能优 化算 法的 进步提 供 了新的 思路 。利 用云计 算 平台强 大的计算能力和存 储能力，将 智能优化算 法并行化，可快速 、高效的解 决海量 数据处理问题。和 声搜索算法 是一种启发 式全局搜索算法， 它的参数较 少，易 于实现，结构健壮 ，具有较快 的收敛速度 。 目前，和声搜索 算法已 成功 应用于 很多组合优化问题 中，但其多 是以串行模 式进行求解，在求 解效率上有 一定的 限制。本文利用云计算关键 技术，将和声搜 索算法 并行化，提出云和声搜 索算法。 针 对 基 于服 务 质量 (QoS)的 知 识即 服 务组 合优 化 问 题 进 行 建模 ， 在 MapReduce 并行编程框架下， 实现 该问题 的并行求解 ，充分发挥云计算 分布式、并 行化的 特点。同时，本文在 基本和声搜索 算法的 基础上进行改进，利 用 Skyline 方法 对和声记忆库进行 初始化以提 高算法运行 效率，采用理想点 法进行最终 知识即 服务的选择，使其 能够更好的 解决知识即 服务组合优化问题 。 仿真实验 表明改 进云和声搜索算法在 求解知识即服 务组合 优化问题上 具有较好 的效果。关键词： 云计算；知识即服务；和声搜 索 算法； MapReduceCloud Harmony Search Algorithm for Optimization of Composite Knowledge as a ServiceABSTRACTWith the continuous progress of parallel computing 、distributed computing、 virtualization, cloud computing is gradually developed as a new busi ness calculation model based on Internet.
