英文摘要Withtherapiddevelopmentoftheworldeconomyandtechnology，moreandmoreprofessionalpositionscontinuetoproduceanddemise.Thenewemploymentsituationrequireshigherrequirementstotheindividualprofessionalcompetence.Atthesametime，continuouslyimprovingtheprofessionalcompetenceisalsoanimportantguaranteeforthedevelopmentofindividualcareer.Nevertheless，becauseoftheexistingteachers，students，andfundingrestrictions，coupledwithtraininginhighervocationalstudentstothetraditionalemploymentasthegoal，basedonstudentcareerdevelopmentofprofessionalcompetencealwaysbeenneglected.Thispaperbasedon“thecareerdevelopmenteducationprogramsofprofessionalcompetence”，withliteraturestudies，comparativestudies，aswellascasestudiesandotherresearchmethods，focusingfiveselectedcareerdevelopmenteducationalprograms:Techprep，O*NET，careerclusters，careerpathwaysandstudyproject，manufacturingasthecasethroughoutthefiveprojects.Onthisbasis，summarizesthecharacteristicsofthevariousprojects，goals，implementation，andeffectivenessofhorizontalcontrast.Finally，bydrawingontheUnitedStatesbasedontheprofessionalcompetenceofcareerdevelopmentpractice，drawnonthemeritsofChinasvocationaleducation，careereducationinVocationalconstructivecomments.Specificframeworkofthispaperisasfollows:Theintroductorysectiondescribestheresearchtheoriginandsignificanceofthetopicandresearchpurposesandmethods，literaturereviewofpreviousstudies，andnotedthatthefocusofthisdissertation，thedifficultiesandlackofrelevantconceptsdefinedinthepaper;ChapterIisaroundtheprofessionalabilitytrainingprocess，analysisoffivecareerdevelopmentpracticecharacteristicsoftheprojectobjectives，theimplementationandeffectiveness;ChapterIIisasummaryofcharacteristicsandshortcomingsofcareerdevelopmenteducationalprograms;ChapterⅢistodrawontheexperienceoftheAmericancareerdevelopmenteducationalprograms，professionalcompetenceofChinasvocationaleducation，careerdevelopmenteducationandpracticalprojectstothink，drawsomeconstructivecomments.Keywords:Americanprofessionalabilitycareerdevelopmenteducation
