AbstractAtpresent,thetheoreticalandpracticalresearchonecologicalconstructionbothathomeandabroadmainlyconcentratesonthecitylevelandotherlargeareas;however,theoreticalresearchandpracticearerelativelyfewontheecologicalconstructiononthecountylevel.Basedonthetheoryonecology,ecologicaleconomics,circulareconomyandsustainabledevelopment,theecosystemconstructionstudyoncountylevelhasgreattheoreticalandpracticalsignificance.ThispapertookLuxiCountyastheresearchobjective.BasedonthebasicconditionsoftheecologicalenvironmentandsocialdevelopmentoftheLuxiCounty,itevaluatedtheecosystemconstructionconditionofthecountyandconductedecologicalfunctionzoning.Thenspecificmeasureswereproposedtobetakenondifferentfunctionzones.Thewholepaperfallsintofiveparts:Thefirstpartistheintroductionofthispaperwhichintroducestheresearchbackground.Basedonthepreviousstudy,itdescribestheconceptandconnotationofecologicalcounty,andreviewsthetheoreticalandpracticaldevelopmentofecologicalcountyconstructionbothathomeandabroad.Themainstudycontentandobjectivewerealsoillustratedsystematicallyinthispart.Thesecondpartisalsothebasicpartofthispaper.Itsystematicallyillustratedtheoryonecology,ecologicaleconomics,circulareconomy,sustainabledevelopmentandothertheoreticalbasisinvolvedinecologicalcountyconstruction.ItsummarizestheevaluationmethodofecologicalcountyconstructionandbrieflyintroducesthecommonlyusedFootprintmethod,IndividualindicatorassessmentandIntegratedassessmentmethods.Analysiswasconductedtocomparethestrengthandweaknessofthesemethods,andtheintegratedassessmentmethodswasadoptedastheevaluationmethodofthispaper.Withtheassistanceofmaximumdifferencenormalizationmethodandvariationcoefficientmethod,thelimitationofcompositeindicatorassessmentwasovercomeinsomedegree.ThethirdpartanalyzesbasicconditionsontheecosystemconstructionofLuxiCounty.Takingthepracticalconditionsandnationalecologicalcountyconstructionindexsystemintoconsideration,italsoanalyzesthestrength,weakness,opportunityandthreatoftheecologicalconstructionoftheLux
