摘要数据采集系统经过多年发展，从单纯的设备数据采集为主逐步向数据采集和 过程监控并重的方向发展。烟草生产线上设备繁多,又大量的实时监控数据和统计 数据，要求数据采集系统高度自动化。本课题研究的基于组件的卷烟企业通用数 据采集系统很好的解决了企业的需求。本文首先对数据采集系统的设计、开发与实现技术进行了介绍，从而对数据 采集系统有一个全面直观的认识。其次对目前烟草行业内的各种数据采集系统的 基本原理、典型实现方法以及相关产品进行了分析和研究，把握到了烟草企业通 用数据采集系统发展的趋势。再次对组件技术的基本思想、基本特征、工作原理 和国内外研究现状进行了介绍，重点分析了目前在烟草企业通用的两种组态软件， 以组件技术和层次化结构为设计指导思想，对卷接包工序的各部分功能进行抽象、 封装、组件化，以 UML2.0 为技术基础，设计实现了通用技术支撑、业务处理等组 件，完成了整个系统的实现工作。本文所设计的数据采集组件，从软件的最佳设计角度出发，采用面向对象的 统一建模技术，采用技术与业务互相分离又紧密结合的模块化、组件化的技术开 发，将整个系统分解为很多个功能单一的独立的组件，实现组件的最大程度共享 和最优化组合，并将不同的数据采集子系统根据其特性，设计为一个个单独的组 件集。由数据采集组件集完成与特定设备的接口通讯、数据采集和处理、与设备 相关的监控和数据报告界面的显示以及与设备相关的参数设置功能。采用新的组 件技术后，不同型号的设备，仅需要编写一个与之相对应的数据采集组件，即可 完成整套软件的开发，大大缩短了开发周期。开发以增量和迭代的方式不断演化，开发周期更短，技术难度更低，对于新 业务的支持更加友好，降低了运营成本，更有效地利用了资源，同时减少了开发 的风险，具有很好的推广和应用价值，在实际项目中得到了很好的应用，效果明 显。关键字：数据采集；组件技术；卷接包工序ABSTRACTAfter years of development, data acquisition system has improved from acquiring data simply from device to data acquisition and process monitoring at the same time. There are many types of equipment in the cigarette production line. The operation of the production line requires a large amount of real-time monitoring data and statistical data, and thus the data acquisition system needs to be high automatic and integrated. A component-based common data acquisition system developed in this research can provide a good solution to the needs of cigarette enterprises.In this paper, the design, development and implementation of data acquisition system was introduced, which builds up a comprehensive and intuitive understanding of data acquisition system. Second, the current variety of the basic principles, typical implementation, and related products in the tobacco industry was analyzed and researched. It grasped the general trend of development for the data acquisition system. Third, the basic idea, characteristics, working principles and research status of component technology were described, focusing on the analysis of two generic software configurations used in the tobacco companies.
