AbstractBlastfurnacetemperaturepredictionprocessisanottouch,cantseethroughthenonlinearsystem,Processparametersareuncertain,nonlinear,highdimensionfeatures.Thetemperaturepredictionmodelisbasedonthesiliconcontentofmoltenironastheobjectofstudy,Althoughthereisapositivecorrelationbetweensiliconcontentandtemperature,butalsothepresenceofnonlinear,Sohowtodescribethechangeoftemperaturewiththesiliconcontentofmoltenironisthelackofscientific,Therefore,basedonthephysicaltemperatureoffuracetemperatureisthetemperatureofmoltenironastheresearchobject,andtoestablishtheforcastingmodel.Supportvectormachineisakindofalgorithmrecentlydeveloped,whichcansolvetheclassificationproblembutalsocansolvetheregressionproblem,isconsideredtobethereplacementalgorithmandneuralnetworkalgorithm.Atthesametimecanwelldealwithsmallsamples,nonlinear,highdimension,fastconvergencespeed,goodgeneralizationability,Sotheauthoradoptsthepredictionmodelofthetemperatureofmoltenirontobuildsupportvectormachinetechnology.Themainworkofthispaperhas:Theblastfurnaceprocessdatainthecollection,partofthedatahasmissingvalues,noise,outliers,differentclassesandlagissuessuchasorderparameter,Ifyoudonotdoprocessingwilldirectlyinfluencetheperformanceofthemodel,inordertoimprovethemodelperformance,thispaperwilltakecorrespondingmeasuresfortreatmentoftheseproblemsbeforethemodeling.Basedontheprincipalcomponentanalysis(PCA)andsupportvectormachine(SVM)methodofmetaltemperaturetimeseriesmodelisestablished,usingtheprincipalcomponentsanalysismethodtoreducethedimensionalityoftheprocesseddata,timeseriesdataprincipalcomponent,asinputvariablesofthemodel,andthenusingsupportvectormachinealgorithmtoestablishthetemperatureofmoltenironpredictionmodel,parametersofparticleswarmoptimizationalgorithmtooptimizethemodelandusesthelineardecreasinginertiaweight,finallygetsthepredictionresults,andtheoptimizedsupportvectormachinemodeloftimeseriesmodel,RBFneuralnetworktimeseriesmodeltodocomparisonofparticleswarm,theforecastprecisionofleastsquaressupportvectormachinem
