AbstractProcessingtradeasthemainwayforChinasparticipationintheglobalproduction chain.Since the1990s，Chinasprocessingtradehasmaintainedanannualgrowthrateof morethan20%.Onthestructureoftheprocessingtradegoodsfromthelabor-intensiveproductsabsolutelyledtothedevelopmentofboththedirectionofthelabor-intensive andcapitalandtechnology-intensiveproducts.Asaresult，theprocessingtradehavea profound effect on a series of economicdevelopment in China-related issues，also had a positive role in promotingChinas industrial structure.Therefore，this article focuses onwhetherthedevelopmentofChinasprocessingtradewillbetheupgradingofindustrial structureinChinaandwhatimpact，andverifywhethertechnologicalprogress mediatingvariables affect Chinas industrial structureupgradingof processingtrade.Firstlyinthispaper，fromthreeaspectstodiscussedtheprocessingtradeinChinahowtoinfluencetheupgradingofindustrialstructure，andtechnologicalprogressis theoreticallyprovedthatprocessingtraderoleinupgradingoftheindustrialstructurein ourcountryoneofthemainways.AndthenexplorethedevelopmentofprocessingtradeinChinaanditscharacteristics，combinedwiththedevelopmentofChinasindustrialstructuretocarryouttheanalysisresultsshowthatthechangesinChinasindustrial structureanddevelopmentofprocessingtradeinChinaintheoveralltrendremainedconsistent，whetherit is in the technology，capital and market the finest elements of acatalyticroleininferenceprocessingtradehaveapositiveimpactonthedevelopmentof Chinasindustrialstructureupgrade，basedonthisarticle，furtheranalysisofthe impactofChinasprocessingtradetopromoteindustrialstructureoptimizationfactors.Chapterinfer empirical analysis，inspectioncertificate，theimport andexportofprocessingtradeis indeedtheoptimizationoftheindustrialstructurein Chinawill produceacertainrole，thenprogressmediatingeffectofinspectiontechniquesare processingtraderoleinChinasindustrialstructure mediatingvariables，confirmedthattechnologicalprogressisindeedoneofthemainwaysofprocessingtradetopromote Chinasindustrialstr
