方胃痛颗粒或胃复春干预治疗后各类细胞器数量增多，腺腔内短微绒毛增多，肠型微绒毛减少或消失。结论 : 1. 加味七方胃痛颗粒对 CAG 模型大鼠可以促进胃酸的分泌，提高血清 GAS 的含量，且在促进胃酸方面，大剂量组明显优于小剂量组及胃复春组。2. 加味七方胃痛颗粒能够提高 CAG 模型大鼠脾脏、胸腺的重量，其治疗 CAG 机理可能与增强机体免疫功能有关。3. 加味七方胃痛颗粒对 CAG 模型大鼠胃黏膜超微结构具有较好的逆转作用，可能是对胃黏膜萎缩上皮起到营养和改善代谢的作用。关键词：慢性萎缩性胃炎；加味七方胃痛颗粒；血清胃泌素；胃酸Experimental Study of Modified Qifangweitong granule on gastric acid and serum gastrin content of rats with CAGABSTRACTObjective: To observe the effect of Modified Qifangweitong granule on Gastric juice pH and the serum level in rats model of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis (GAS).Methods: Clean, health level,120 Wistar rats, half male and half female, 180±20g in weight, were randomly and averagely divided into normalgroup, the model group, Modified Qifangweitong granule large、middle andlow dosage group, Weifuchun group, each team had 20 rats. The other five groups were to start adding 180μg/ml MNNG in the drinking water, except the normal group. After 90 days, the chronic atrophic gastritis of animal models were copied success, by random killing for pathological examination. The start from 91 days, in addition to the normal group, other groups were given normal slaine, Weifuchun, Modified Qifangweitong granule high, middle, low-dose. After 4 weeks, all of them were killed, while determination of gastric juice pH, spleen, thymus weight, and save blood and stomach for specimens. Transmission Electro Microscope (TEM) micro gastric histological changes, and measuring GAS content used of ELISA method.Results: 1. Model group compared with the normal control group, spleen and thymus weight were significantly lower, and a significantly increaser in gastric juice pH values, and the serum gastrin was significantly lower in (p0.01). 2. Modified Qifangweitong granule group compared with model group, spleen weight was significantly increaser (p0.01).Large,medium dose group compared with model group the thymus weight were significantly increaser (p0.01, p0.05).
