（7）UASB 在高负荷下 COD 去除率没有 ABR 反应器稳定。有机负荷为 12.2 gCOD/(L·d)时，UASB 反应器 COD 去除率和 ABR 反应器基本相同（75%）。但是有机负荷增大之后，UASB 反应器的 COD 去除率（40%-50%）低于 ABR 反应器。关键词：家畜粪便；厌氧发酵；沼气；影响因素；工艺特性AbstractWith the rapid development of Chinese animal husbandry, increasing pollution due to livestock manure is seriously affecting the ecological environment. The environment, air, water and/or soil lead are polluted and human health endangered when animal manure is not properly disposed-off. On the other hand, the Chinese fossil energy structure has been a serious challenge. There is an urgent need to develop new clear energy system. The anaerobic digestion of livestock manure for making biogas utilizes livestock manure but also provides clear renewable energy. This subject focuses on influencing factors and characteristics of anaerobic digestion process of livestock manure for making biogas.Influencing factors of the anaerobic digestion, such as temperature, organic load,type of material, have been chosen for this study based on relevant literature research and real farm conditions. The study has been carried out in batch experiments and semi-continuous experiments. For the study an Anaerobic Baffled Reactor (ABR) and Up Flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed (UASB) were designed. These anaerobic reactors were then activated and run. To obtain optimum operating conditions, reactor parameters studied, such as biogas production rate, biogas yield, VFA and ammonia concentration, by changing operation condition.Summary of the results are as follows:Compared with 23℃, 35℃ is more suitable for anaerobic digestion of animal manure. At 35℃, the microbes grow faster, show higher biological activity, and thus produce more biogas with higher methane percentage. With 35℃ temperature, biogas yield was higher (5.8mLgas/mLfeed) than with 23℃ temperature (0.9mLgas/mLfeed) in same organic load, 30gCOD/(L·d).Pig manure is a better substrate of anaerobic digestion than cow manure.
