AbstractRiskmanagementisamanagementmethodtoidentify、confirmandassesstheunexpectedlossofinvisible,develop、choiceandpracticeariskresponseplandependingontheactualsituation.Constructionprojectmanagementstaffshouldclearlyunderstandthevariousrisksinconstructionprojects,beabletochoosethefocusofriskmanagementatthesametime,andmaketimelyresponsemeasurestoavoidprojectrisk,andcontrolthelossescausedbytherisktoaminimum,inordertoensuretheconstructionprojectultimatelysuccessful.Withtheexpandingoftheconstructionprojectscale,improvementoftechnicaldifficultyandsocial、economic、ecologicalenvironmentisincreasinglyvolatile,constructionprojectsintheconstructionandoperationphasestendtoconsumelargeamountsofenergyandresources,especiallytheconstructionprojectswithlongconstructionperiod、large-scaleinvestment,makingtheconstructionprojectfacesmanyrisks.Soriskmanagementcapabilitiesofthemanagementoflargeconstructionprojectsareoftenaveryimportantimpactonaconstructionproject.Riskmanagementhasbecomethedecisivefactorofweathertheconstructionprojectscanbenefit.Inthispaperusingprojectriskmanagementrelevantprinciples,combiningwithrealisticbackgroundofourprojectriskmanagement,onthebasisoftheoreticalanalysisandliteraturedefiningthescopeoftheriskoflossmeasurementofQunlientrepreneurshipproject,dividingtheriskfactorsareintofivecategories,summingupthesixprinciplestobefollowedbythebuildingprojectriskmanagementevaluation,onthisbasis,buildingtheindexsystemofevaluationoftheeffectivenessofriskmanagementintheproject,analyzingtheevaluationmethodoftheconstructionprojectriskmanagement,introducingtheclassofdecisiontreemethod,expertscoringmethodtomeasuretheriskoflossintheprojectandevaluation,usingoftypicalcasestudiesontheQunlientrepreneurshipprojectriskmanagementdefiningcostareas,introducingsensitivityanalysismethodspecifically,definingthemeaningoftheriskmanagementgains,buildingtheevaluationmodelusedtoevaluatetheeffectivenessofriskmanagementofentrepreneurshipproject.Accordingtotheproblemsofconstructionprojectriskmanagement
