AbstractAs the economic globalization, the rapid development of information science and technology, and rapidly changing of environment, the task is become more and more complicated, so that the team operation model has been adopted by more and more organizations. Team as an important mechanism, it can be combined the knowledge from different members into the collective knowledge. Such restructuring will cover different areas, special skill or knowledge of ability and resources; this is often what the individual does not have. Therefore, how to realize the effective configuration of team members to achieve the result of the whole is greater than the sum of it, has become a hot topic in recent years. And how to uttermost improve team members work performance and improve team performance has become an important problem in the research of theory and practice. Transactive memory system as a team knowledge management system can help team members to understand others expertise and skills, it has an important implications to improve the level of enterprise team performance.This research from the view of knowledge management, on the basis of shared mental models, from the many factors that affect team performance, this study select the transactive memory system that can embodied knowledge storage and extraction mechanism within the team as a research starting point. This model including three variables, which is the transactive memory system, knowledge integration and team performance. It mainly discusses the impact of transactive memory system on the enterprise team performance, and the intermediary role of knowledge integration between them. This study conducted a questionnaire survey to enterprise knowledge individual team members as the research object, finally received 223 valid questionnaires. While the paper uses the SPSS17.0 Software, through correlation analysis, factors analysis and regression analysis and other statistical methods to validate the model assumption
