ABSTRACTAs a form of enterprise, the family business at domestic and overseas in the sector of the economy occupies 70%.With the deepening development to accelerate the process of integration and globalization of the world economy and the market economy in China, family business has become one of the socialist market economic system important constituent, but it also faces many problems. In this study, It uses Z manager of XH Group for the background research to explore how family members, and consistent development of enterprises, so as to maintain long-term business and healthy development.XH Group was founded in August 1997, which is mainly engaged in its own funds in real estate investment and development projects and sales.
