pedagogies and informationized subject pedagogies.Fourth, TITA have six sub-abilities: transfer, syncretizing, communication, assessment, collaboration abilities of informationized teaching and the ability of promoting students’ informationized learning ability.Fifth, TITA is developed with macro-strategy, meso-strategy and Micro-strategy. Macro-strategy is the exterior condition that is composed of social development needs, policy, educational revolution, school supporting and motivations for growth. Meso-strategy is the methodology that enhances development, it can be noticed in the combinations of pre-staff and incumbency training, traditional and cyber online learning, technology and application, autonomous and collaborated learning. Micro-strategy is the interior system and direct condition that bring about development.
