村医基本公共卫生知识知晓情况调查分析珠 吕宝波①，马爱国 ，王发军②，陈 英②，方召阳①，汪求真① 摘 要 目的 了解乡村医生(以下简称村医)基本公共卫生知识知晓情况 ，为有针对性地加强村级医疗卫生人员继续教育以及 更好地开展农村基本公共卫生服务提供依据。方法 采用课堂集中填写问卷的方式对某县 1046名村医的营养与健康知识、疾 病防治知识等基本公共卫生知识进行调查。结果 基本情况调查表明，村医中男性 占65I3％，4O一60岁年龄组人数 占42_3％； 其中，70．1％的村医具有中专文化。基本公共卫生知识知晓情况分析发现，营养与健康知识总知晓率为67_3％，其 中钙含量较 丰富的食物和合理膳食营养知晓率较高，分别为95．1％和 94．5％，肥胖 的体质指数范围、体质指数计算公式和成人每天水的最 少摄入量知晓率较低 。分别为 l2．4％、33．4％和37．5％；疾病防治知识总知晓率为61-3％，其 中如何控制传染病传播途径和 乙肝 的预防知晓率较 高。分别为97．6％和 96．0％，糖尿病 患者血糖控制理想值和传染病报 告时限知晓率较低 ，分别为 21．1％和 23．2％。结论 该县村医基本公共卫生知识知晓率较低 ，各项 内容知晓情况不均衡 ，基本公共卫生知识水平亟待提高。建议加 强村 医基本公共卫生知识 的专项培训，以提高村 医的基本公共卫生服务能力。 关键词 乡村 医生 ；基本公共卫生知识 ；知晓率 doi：lO．3969／j．issn．1001．568X．2013．04．0002 【中图分类号】R127 [文献标识码】A 文【章编号】1001—568X(2013)04-0004—03 ASurveyontheBasicPublicHealthKnowledgeAmongVillageNurses／LVBao-bo，MAAi-guo，WANG Fa-jun，etal ChinesePrimaryHealthCare，2013，27(4)：4—6 AbstractOBJECTIVETounderstandthebasicpublichealthknowledgeofvillagenurses，providingabasisforstrengthenvillage-level healthworkerscontinuing education and carryingoutbasicpublichealth servicesin rura1．METHOD In classroom concentration questionnairesway，tocarryoutaninvestigationonnutritionandhealthknowledge，diseasepreventionandcontrolknowledgeof1046 villagedoctors．RESULTThebasicsituationsurveyshowedthat65．3％ villagenursesaremale，40-60agegroupaccountedofr42．3％， 70．1％ villagenurseshassecondaryeducation．Th ebasicpublichealthknowledgesurveyshowedthatnutritionandhealthknowledgeis 67．3％．thecontentofcalcium-richfoodsandthereasonabledietnutritionknowledgeishigherthananythingoutsidewithanywhere outsidetheUSwith95．1％ and94．5％respectively．Therangeofobesebodymassindex．bodymassindexcalculationformulaandadult dailyminimum intakeofwaterarelowerthananythingelsewith12．4％．33．4％ and37．5％ respectively．Thetotalrateofdiseasecontrol andpreventionis61．3％．theknowledgeofhowtocontrolthespreadofinfectiousdiseasespreventionarehigherthananythingoutside with97．6％ and96．0％ respectively．theknowledge
