The third chapter explores the criticism towards Zhang Xian’s Ci. The materials of the Ci criticism, both in the contemporary and later generations, talks about Zhang Xian’s Ci for many times. These materials contribute to give Zhang Xian’s Ci a contributed position in the history of Ci.The conclusion summarizes views of the paper.
