栀子黄制备工艺及鹅绒藤化学成分研究 英文摘要chinense and elucidated as n-hexadecanioc acid (1), salicylic acid (2), β-sitosterol (3),β-sitosterolglucoside (4), apigenin (5), kaemperol (6), kaemperol-3-O-β-D-glunoside (7),tricin (8), and tricin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide (9). Compounds 5, 8 and 9 were obtained from this genus for the first time. A method was developed to quantitative analysis of tricin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide and astragalin in this herbal material, which was determined to be 2733 and 69.67 μg/g for tricin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide and astragalin, respectively. These results have laid the foundation for further exploring the active ingredients and quality control of Cynanchum chinense R.
