激励策略。供应链合作伙伴关系分类评价模型是一种以定量分析为主,定性分析为辅的研究方法,从宏观和微观两个角度分析我国制造业供应链合作伙伴关系发展现状,并提出激励策略。希望该分类评价模式可以为我国供应链合作伙伴关系管理提供一种新的管理思路。关键词:制造业;供应链;合作伙伴关系;分类管理;激励策略ABSTRACTInanenvironmentwhichisincreasinglyscarceresources,competitionisstrengthenedceaselessly,customersexpecthigheranddemandchangerapidly,thetraditionalseparatebusinessoperationpatternalreadynolongerapplicable.Theenterprisemustestablishlong-termmutuallybeneficialpartnershipswiththerelatedenterprisestomakeupitsownshortcomings,togainthecompetitiveadvantageduringimprovingthesupplychainprofit,seekingsurvivalanddevelopmentinthefierce.Themanagementlevelofsupplychainpartnershipisanimportantfactorofimpactingthesupplychainbenefits,andestablishingtheappropriaterelationinthepartnersisthekeyofsupplychainmanagement.So,howtofindoutaneffectivewaytodevelopandmanagetheappropriatepartnershiphasbecomeacriticalissue.Thisarticletakeourcountrymanufacturingindustrysupplychainpartnershipastheobjectofstudy,fromtheperspectiveoftheclassificationandevaluation,researchonempiricalclassificationaboutthewholeofourcountrymanufacturingindustrysupplychainpartnershiprelationship.Researchmainlyusesthestandardresearchstepsandmethods,throughthedesignofquestionnaireforsurveydata,usingfactoranalysis,varianceanalysis,clusteringanalysismethodontheconstructionofthevariablesinthemodelandmeasurement,factoranalysisandclassification.Themainresearchworkisasfollows:①ByusingDouglasM.Lambertproposedcooperationpartnersinthesupplychainmodelastheresearchframe,combinedwithdomesticandinternationalclassificationofrelevantresearchresults,aswellasourcountrymanufacturingindustryanditssupplychainpartnershipcharacteristics,refiningthestudyofclassificationofevaluationindex,buildsuitourcountrymanufacturingindustrysupplychainpartnershipclassificationevaluationmodel.Mainlyfromthecapital/costeffectiveness,customerservice,marketingadvantage,profitgrowthofstability/compatibility,company,managementideasandskills,interdependence,thesymmetryoftheeightfactorsandtheirsubdivisionindexdesignquesti
