摘要在互联网时代背景下，智慧社区运营研究（以下简称研究）有利于属地 化电商理念的形成，属地化电商理念是运营方主体对于属地化电商的理性认 识和主观要求，它支配着运营方的服务活动。研究可以促使运营方工作人员 清楚地意识并思考自己的服务理念，并自觉地选择更科学的方法。研究有利于运营管理理论的学习和应用。研究也是为了解决实践中的热 点和难点问题。为了解决这些问题，运营方工作人员必须学习运营管理理论， 并在理解的基础上，运用理论分析和指导实践。智慧社区运营研究主要围绕当前智慧社区建设现状和运营现状存在的 问题展开。以促进智慧社区运营方提高运营管理水平为目的，在运营实践中 发现问题，诱导运营方工作人员探索解决办法，采用实践操作方式，让工作 人员在服务过程中，快速获取有用信息，有效地利用运营理论，通过集体智 慧发散和求导的训练，提高整体运营水平。研究基于目前智慧社区现状，总结智慧社区建设与运营中的经验与教 训；建立简单通用的运营管理模式；尽可能节省或者降低资源过度浪费的情 况；针对 YTN 公司运营过程中的问题提出有效地系统性的对策；坚持去中 心化管理模式的方向，强调自由、平等、协作，并借此激发每个人的工作原 动力。服务运营将会成为 IT 业未来的主要服务模式。属地化电商将会成为未 来电子商务的主角。关键词：互联网时代；智慧社区；运营管理IABSTRACTIn the Internet age background, intelligence operations research community (hereinafter referred to as research) is conducive to the formation of the concept of territoriality electricity supplier; electricity supplier localization concept is the main operator of the electricity supplier for the localization of rational knowledge and subjective requirements, which dominates the operating party service activities.
