浅析我国企业对外直接投资的产业选择 目前，我国企业对外直接投资的产业结构不尽合理，表现在：直接投资过分偏重初级产品产业的投资，对高新技术产业的投资严重偏小；主要以资源开发行业和初级加工制造业为主，缺乏日益成为国际经济主流的技术密集型产业和服务业的投资，而忽视对国内连锁效应强的产业投资；从事商品流通的贸易企业偏多，而生产性企业和金融服务性企业偏少。由于我国企业还处于对外直接投资的起步阶段，而且面临着借助对外投资来促进产业结构调整的任务，必须优势型对外直接投资是现阶段发展的重点。产业选择是对外直接投资的一个基本课题。进行产业选择不仅有利于重塑国际分工格局，而且有利于促进产业结构的调整和升级。本文结合我国社会经济发展的需要及我国产业国际竞争力的现实条件，建议我国企业对外直接投资的产业选择主要分布在重点支持资源开发业、劳动密集型和成熟适用技术产业、服务业和高科技产业的境外投资。 [关键词] 对外直接投资 产业 战略选择 ABSTRACT At present, foreign direct investment enterprises in Chinese industrial structure are not quite rational, It is mainly manifested that next to invest too much emphasis on primary products industry investment, and investment in high-tech industries are serious small which mainly in resource development and primary processing industries manufacturing that the lack of the international economy is increasingly becoming the mainstream of technology-intensive industries and services, investment, and ignore the strong knock-on effect on domestic industrial investment; trade enterprises engaged in the high side of the circulation of commodities, and the productive enterprises and small business financial services.
