益气补肾法对自然流产模型小鼠脾T淋巴细胞亚群影响 　　 摘 要：目的：将中医的益气补肾法应用于小鼠自然流产模型，观察其对自然流产模型小鼠脾T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法：性成熟的雌性CBA小鼠40只、雄性DBA/2小鼠20只，8～10周龄,建立自然流产小鼠模型，分四组：阴性对照组、中药组、环孢素组、中西医结合组。于孕第9天、14天，用颈椎脱臼法分批处死小鼠，用75%的乙醇消毒后，钝性分离皮肤及腹膜，取脾脏，制成单细胞悬液，采用流式细胞术分析T淋巴细胞亚群的表达情况。结果：实验方对孕早期脾脏CD4+T细胞表达具有下调作用，且具有统计学上意义（P 0.05），对孕早期脾脏CD4+T/CD8+T表达具有下调作用趋势，但不具有统计学上意义（P 0.05），对孕中晚期脾脏CD4+T、CD8+T、CD4+T/CD8+T无明显调节趋势。结论：益气补肾中药在免疫细胞分子学水平对母胎免疫具有一定的调节作用。 　　 关键词：益气补肾法；自然流产模型；脾脏 　　中图分类号：R285.5 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1673-7717(2012)01-0100-04 　　Influence of Kidney-Qi-Nourishing Therapy on T Lymphocyte Subgroupof Spleen in Natural Abortion Model Mice 　　CHEN Li?juan1, WANG Xiang?qun1, Advisor: YE Ping2 　　(1. Methods：Natural mature female CBA mouse 40, male DBA/2 mouse 20, 8~10 week aged, established mouse model of spontaneous abortion. They were divided into four groups: negative control group, Medicines, cyclosporine group, Section of Integrative Medicine. On the 9th and 14th day of pregnancy,mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation. After 75% ethyl alcohol disinfection, the passive separation skin and the peritoneum was made to take the spleen, makes the single cell to hang the fluid, and use the class type cell technique to analyze the T lymphocyte subgroup expression situation. Results: The solid proven prescription for pregnant early spleen CD4+ the T cell expression has the decline function, and has statistics significance (P0.05), for pregnant mid and late stage spleen CD4+ T, CD8+ T, CD4+ T/CD8+ the T expression has no obvious adjustment tendency. Conclusion:Kidney-Qi-nourishing medicine has a certain effect on the level of immune cells on the maternal-fetal immune regulatory. 　　Key
